What are the products made from?

The materials vary from product to product. We use only the best quality fabrics & product processes to ensure each item is as close to perfect as we can make it. We use a very high quality, neoprene, sublimation printing, PU leather – with a UV full colour print, polyester, spandex & other fabrics in manufacturing. These materials & process allows our image to pop! The colour is vibrant & allows Ellie to shine.

Shipping

We ship orders from Beechworth Victoria within 1-3 days using Aust Post. We only ship within Australia. PO Boxes are fine :)

Returns & Refund

Every item is designed by us & made by our manufacturing super star team. We hope you love it, but there are times when things don’t go right and we’re here to help. If we got it wrong it any way, it broke during postage or something else happened please get in touch. Email us photos & explain the issue and we will happily work with you to find a solution which might involve a refund or new item. We want you to LOVE your item.
